I am very glad to say that Towny will be back tomorrow at 7 PM GMT+1! Here’s the run down:

Hall of Fame (HOF)

There will be HOF for Towny, but we’re open to suggestions for improvements. Let us know your ideas!

Shop Updates

We’ve made a few edits and changes to the shop as requested—check out what’s new!

Account Management Improvements

• You are now able to link and unlink your Minecraft accounts.
• We have added the ability to add an email to your account, with confirmation emails for verification.
• Passwords are no longer emailed. Instead, a secure password reset link will be sent.

Discord Bot Update

Our amazing Discord bot, Skynet, has been updated with new improvements and updates.

Future Changes to Applications and Account Management

• In the near future, a verified email and linked Discord account will be required for any kind of applications.
• We will also start enforcing stricter ties between usernames and emails:
• We will no longer randomly reset passwords or send password reset links unless your account is linked to a verified email.
• If you don’t link your email, there will be no way for us to recover your account, and you risk losing it permanently.
